If you want your AI assistant to:

• Answer real phone calls

With Twilio connected, your assistant can:

• Receive inbound phone calls

What You’ll Need Before Starting

Before connecting Twilio to Call Agent AI, make sure you have:

• A Twilio account (verified and upgraded)

• Billing enabled in Twilio

• At least one Twilio phone number

• (Optional) A2P 10DLC registration if sending SMS in the US

Tip: If you only plan to test your assistant, you can use Web Call Preview without Twilio. Twilio is required only for real phone numbers.
