Add Assistant

Overview

Creating a virtual assistant is the first crucial step toward streamlining and automating your call processes with Call Agent AI. By setting up a virtual assistant, you enable your business to handle customer inquiries, manage appointments, and process requests without needing constant human intervention. You can customize the assistant’s prompts, set up rules for handling specific tasks, and even test its performance in simulated scenarios. This ensures that your virtual assistant is fully equipped to manage calls efficiently from the start.
