Connect Twilio Account SID and Auth Token

Step 1: Find your Account SID and Auth Token on Twilio

Go to the Twilio website and log in here.

In your Twilio account dashboard, scroll down and you will see your Account SID and Twilio Auth Token under the account info section.

Copy your Account SID and Auth Token codes.

Step 2: Add Twilio Account SID and Auth Token on CallAgentAI

Log in to the Call Agent AI dashboard here.

Go to your profile by clicking your profile photo in the upper right corner of the dashboard and click Edit Profile.

Under your profile, click the User Settings tab.

Under the Twilio settings, paste your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token codes.

Click the save button.
